AYS Developers, in alliance with Dr Nour ElSerougy from the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute, is poised to host a monumental real estate training event that aims to secure a Guinness World Record. This initiative is part of the UAE’s official 2025 theme: Year of the Community.
Scheduled for 31 May 2025 at the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre in Dubai, the event will be free to attend and is designed to equip participants with expert strategies for selling off-plan developments—one of the fastest-growing segments in the local market.
This ambitious event is supported by Al Safi Bank, the first Islamic bank operating from within the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), specialising in ethical financial solutions with a global footprint.
Hosting duties will be led by Spencer Lodge, the award-winning podcast host and one of Dubai’s Top 100 Most Influential People. With thousands expected to participate, the event will be a strong contender for the title of the world’s largest real estate training session.
Dr Nour El-Serougy, a Guinness World Record holder and one of the most sought-after mentors in the MENA region, will lead the training. His 20+ years of experience in real estate investment and PropTech education makes him uniquely suited to lead this ambitious project.
The session will conclude with a high-level panel discussion focusing on the future of investment in the Dubai Islands. Panel members will include Mr Ismael Al Hammadi, Mr Nazish Khan, Ms Sonia Waters, and Dr El-Serougy.
With senior government representatives also in attendance, the event is a powerful reflection of Dubai’s ongoing leadership in real estate development and professional training.
